Pricing
All of our prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Terms
Integra Clear Co operates in the B2B market space. Our products are intended for industrial, commercial, and municipal use in the United States.
Terms are prepaid or Net 30 days on approval of credit. We accept credit cards. All shipments are FOB Kent, Washington unless otherwise specified. Past due accounts are subject to interest charges.
Returns
Returned goods are not accepted without prior permission and instruction. We cannot accept returns on equipment or special orders at any time. If you need to return material, please contact our returns department to discuss obtaining a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). If a return is authorized, a restocking fee equal to 20% of the original invoice total (or $25, whichever is greater), will be charged.
To qualify for credit, returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. If returned material has been opened or fails inspection, no credit will be issued.
No return goods or claims will be allowed beyond 60 days after the invoice date or without an RMA.
Quotations & Special Orders
Quotes are good for 15 days unless otherwise noted on the printed copy of your quote. When ordering as a result of a quote, please reference our quotation number. For special orders, it is possible that full payment or a deposit will be required at the time of your order.
Product Information
A concerted effort has been made to list our unit sizes and product specifications as accurately as possible. However, packaging or manufacturer changes may result in the product differing slightly from what we have listed.
Safety Data Sheets
Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are included with orders when applicable and are available
here on our website.
It is the responsibility of the customer to assess the hazards of the product prior to handling or using the material. The absence of warnings or other hazard data on either the SDS or product label must not be interpreted as indicating that the product is non-hazardous or that it lacks risks in exposure or handling.
Shipping
Orders for stock items are generally shipped within one business day of receipt. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified.
All shipments will be packed and shipped appropriately. Unless otherwise specified, shipments not suitable for UPS will be shipped via common carrier.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any damage, discrepancy, or defects. Damage and discrepancy claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of material. Do not return damaged goods without first obtaining a Return Materials Authorization from our returns department. For discrepancies, immediately contact our customer service department.
California Proposition 65
Products containing brass or steel may be identified with California Proposition 65 warning labels. For information on Proposition 65, see their website: https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/

Warranty/Liability
Integra Clear Co strives to supply high quality products. At Integra Clear Co's discretion, products that fail to meet our standards shall be replaced at no charge or the purchase price refunded, provided that the customer adheres to Integra Clear Co's return materials procedures.
Integra Clear Co makes no warranty, expressed or implied, to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The determination of adequacy for use of the products manufactured and distributed by Integra Clear Co is the responsibility of the user. Our liabilities solely cover the replacement of our material up to the extent of the purchase price, and only if the material is in original containers that have not been misused or altered in any way. Except for the aforementioned, our products are sold without warranty or liability, even though defect, damage or loss may have been caused by our negligence or other fault. The company shall not be liable for damages that are incidental, consequential or caused by use or misuse of any of our products. Disposal of any product, resulting byproducts, and/or waste is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
